Atas Terms of Use
By accessing or logging into Atas’s gaming platform (including its websites, subdomains, and related URLs), you agree to comply with and be bound by the full Terms of Use outlined below. These terms are meant to govern all interactions between you and Atas and will serve as the core reference in case of disputes. Please read these terms in full before registering an Atas account.
Binding Agreement: By using the platform, you fully understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Atas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice or consent.
Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Terms of Use and the Game Rules of each product you choose to play. Atas may add or remove games from its platform without prior notice.
Age Verification: You must be over the local legal age to use Atas’s platform. Atas reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm your age and suspend your account until the necessary documents are provided.
Personal Information: You consent to the processing of your personal data for accessing and participating in Atas’s services, promotions, and payment solutions. You must ensure your account details are accurate and up-to-date. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.
One Account Rule: You may only have one account with Atas. If multiple accounts are found, Atas reserves the right to suspend or close your account and forfeit any balance.
Account Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activities made through your account are considered valid bets. It is advised to frequently update your password.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for six (6) consecutive months may be closed, and any remaining funds may be forfeited or donated to a charity selected by Atas.
Data Security: Atas prioritizes the security of your personal information and has invested in advanced encryption technologies to safeguard your data.
Deposits: Deposits will be credited to your account once received, processed, and verified. If using a payment method not in your name, such deposits may be deemed invalid.
Payment Methods: Deposits can be made via pre-approved payment solutions or manual direct transfer. Unauthorized third-party providers cannot collect payments on behalf of Atas.
Error Handling: If funds are credited to your account in error, you must inform Atas immediately. Atas reserves the right to void bets made with these funds and recover them.
Withdrawal Limits: Withdrawals are limited to three (3) requests per day, with a maximum of RM 30,000 per day. A turnover of at least one (1) time the deposit value is required before a withdrawal can be requested.
Withdrawal Fees: Atas reserves the right to charge a handling fee for withdrawal requests based on third-party transaction costs.
Currency & Account Holder: Withdrawals must be made in the same currency as the deposit and to the registered account holder. No cancellations can be made once the withdrawal has been processed.
Money Laundering: Atas monitors all transactions for signs of money laundering. If suspicious activity is detected, Atas may suspend your account and withhold funds until necessary verification is completed.
Binding Bets: All bets placed on the platform are binding. Once a bet is confirmed (via a confirmation note or Ticket ID), it cannot be cancelled or changed, even if you are disconnected.
Technical Glitches: Bets may be cancelled or voided in the event of a technical malfunction or error, including issues with software, hardware, or connection.
Maximum Payouts: Game providers are responsible for determining the maximum payout limits for their games. Atas has no control over these limits.
Suspicion of Fraud: Atas reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities, including arbitrage betting and use of plug-ins to gain an unfair advantage.
Improper Methods: Atas reserves the right to suspend or close accounts involved in any form of collusion, abuse, or manipulation, such as arbitrage betting or using technology to gain an unfair advantage.
System Manipulation: The use of viruses, Trojans, worms, or other harmful software is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account suspension.
Suspension for Suspicious Activities: If Atas suspects abuse or irregular betting behavior, such as manipulating the betting turnover or engaging in arbitrage betting, we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts.
External Factors: In cases of external factors (poor internet connection, server errors, etc.), the final outcomes will be based on the most recent recorded data from Atas and the game provider.
Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, hacking), Atas will provide updates and notices.
Language: The English version of the Terms of Use is the authoritative version. If there are discrepancies between versions in different languages, the English version will prevail.
Amendments: Atas reserves the right to modify any terms or policies at any time without notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon announcement.
